UDIA RESEARCH BREAKFAST SERIES - ANZ VICTORIAN HOUSING UPDATE

 

Join the UDIA for our upcoming Research Breakfast held at the Arts Centre.on Thursday 25 July for a critical update from a banker’s perspective on the Victorian housing market and the changing property market.

Keynote presenter Daniel Gradwell, Associate Director of Property at ANZ will apply his expertise as an ANZ Economist, to cut through the media headlines around the state of the housing sector and rapidly changing property market.


Key presentation themes:

  • How is the availability of finance evolving and what does it means for the housing industry?
  • How does Victoria’s property cycle compare with the other states?
  • What is the impact of lower interest rates on housing prices and construction?
  • Improvements in housing affordability following the recent downturn
