UDIA offers a series of individual awards recognising exceptional performance and service in the industry.  
 

UDIA VICTORIA & SIMONDS YOUNG PROFESSIONAL OF THE YEAR

The UDIA & Simonds Young Professional Award recognises the achievements of young property professionals who have made a positive contribution to the Victorian property development industry.

The annual award winner becomes the ambassador for Outlook and acts as a link between young property development professionals, the UDIA and the industry at large.

Paul shows a huge amount of drive for his professional and personal development and values team collaboration and being a positive influence within the industry. He takes a respectful approach to his leadership to deliver a high-performance working culture. Paul is most proud of his ability to manage multiple teams all while identifying key deliverableS for the business and working to consistently deliver these even under difficult circumstances.

UDIA & JINDING DEVELOPMENTS WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP AWARD

The UDIA & Jinding Developments Women in Leadership Award acknowledges and promotes the positive contribution of women to the Victorian property industry.

The UDIA encourages female professionals across all disciplines of the development industry from both the public and private sectors to enter including developers, contractors, consultants and those involved in property services.

Hilary has been awarded this year’s Women in Leadership Award because she demonstrates outstanding leadership skills both in the broader industry by being an expert and role model in her profession of traffic engineering and on a daily basis within Ratio Consultants by creating a positive work culture. She has an inclusive management style, leads by example and works hard to promote others.

This prestigious award recognises people for their outstanding contribution to the land and housing industry and the community in general.
