The committee members represent a diverse range of professionals across the entire urban development industry.  The current Women In Property committee includes professionals working in; law, planning and building, engineering, personnel placement, marketing and development.

Nancy Bickerton
Villawood Properties

Nancy has recently taken on the role of Development Manager with Villawood Properties after almost 18 years experience in the industry working with Wilbow Corporation. Specialising in residential land subdivision development, Nancy’s qualifications are in property valuation.   Enjoying the challenges of residential land development, Nancy has developed excellent relationships in the industry and has been involved in the development of a number of award winning projects.  In her spare time, Nancy is a keen golfer and is a member of Yarra Yarra Golf Club.



Amy Erikson
Beveridge Williams

Amy is a Landscape Architect and Urban Planner with Beveridge Williams & Co and has been for over 4 years. Her fields of expertise include masterplanning, urban design, landscape architecture, environmental management, project management, feasibilities, assessment and analysis and management plans. Projects that Amy has managed or provided specialist design and environmental advice for include The Strand Estate, Traralgon (300 lots), Blue Hills Rise Retirement Village, Cranbourne East (500 lots/units), Shearwater Estate, Phillip Island (350 lots), Coombes Road, Torquay and many more.



Alison Kennedy
Clayton Utz

Alison Kennedy is a Senior Solicitor in the Real Estate Group.  She has a first class honours degree in law from Monash University and before joining Clayton Utz, completed her articles with Hunt & Hunt Lawyers and worked as a solicitor in the firm's Commercial Property group.  Alison has gained experience in a broad range of property related matters including general conveyancing, retail and commercial leasing, property development and town planning.



Vanessa Rochman
FKP Property Group

Vanessa has been involved in the real estate / property development industry for the past 8 years, predominantly with Wilbow Corporation, in the area of residential sales and marketing. During this time, she had the opportunity to sell one of Wilbow's dual UDIA award winning residential land estates; Koolamara Waters in Ferntree Gully.  Following the acquisition of Wilbow Corporation by FKP Property Group (and a few months break!!) she is now working as the Sales Manager with FKP's Land Division which specialises in master planned communities.  



Meg Roberts
Porter Davis Homes

After been interstate for several years, Meg returned to Vicotria in 1999 to join Porter Davis Homes.  Her role has grown over the years with the company and she has now progressed to be the general manager of operations for their businesses. Having now spent the last 14 years in the building industry, she has a broad experience over all facets of the business.



Betty Kunath
Breese Pitt Dixon

Betty has over 19 years in the land development industry and has recently joined Breese Pitt Dixon. Over the years she has worked on numerous small and large scale residential and industrial projects. Her experience ranges from initial servicing strategies and cost estimates to detail design, quality system and productivity improvements, training of junior staff and project management. She has also participated in various mentoring schemes as a mentor to university students & graduates.



Judi Carr
Red23 - Property Marketing and Sales Solutions

Judi Carr is Director of Red23 - Property Marketing and Sales Solutins.  She has previously held State Marketing and Sales roles with leading property developer Stockland. Prior to moving to Melbourne in 2002, Judi was the Executive Director of the Western Australian division of the UDIA for four years and spent nine years with the Housing Industry Association in state and national marketing and sales roles. Judi holds an MBA from the University of Western Australia and for two years was the inaugural President of the Liberal Business Women in WA.



Lynne Jarman
VicUrban

Lynne has joined VicUrban.  Before moving to VicUrban she worked for Stockland and before then at Major Projects Victoria where she enjoyed a project management role in delivering large scale joint venture projects between the public and private secotr.  Her background is primarily in urban planning, property and project facilitation.  The large scale projects that she has had a significant role in include the Melbourne City Link, the Commonwealth Games Athletes' Village, and masterplanning exercises for growth area corridors in Werribee and Shepparton.
