The current Outlook committee includes young professionals working in; law, planning and surveying, engineering, marketing and development.

David is a partner in Rigby Cooke Lawyers' Commercial Property team having worked in the commercial property industry sector since 2000. His expertise is in sales, acquisitions and commercial and retail developments and leasing, and also specialises in compulsory acquisition, valuation and property tax matters. David's primary clients include a number of national and international corporations. He provides timely and pragmatic advice to clients combining his passion and enthusiasm for property-related matters with an analytical approach, exceptional attention to detail, strong strategic focus and thorough understanding of applicable law. David sees Outlook as an excellent forum for young professionals to share ideas, be educated by industry leaders and network in a relaxed, informal environment.
Matt has over ten years marketing experience and has been involved in the property sector for the five years. Currently, Matt is the Director of Property Marketing and VicUrban who have 17 active and diverse residential projects in Melbourne and regional Victoria. Prior to joining the property industry, Matt worked in numerous other industries including utilities, destination and auto. Matt has a Bachelor of Business (Finance & Marketing) and Master of Business (Marketing).
Vaughn is a Project Manager / Business Development Manager at Beveridge Williams. His role is to work with clients to successfully manage project outcomes as well as expand the business of Beveridge Williams. Vaughn has over 7 years experience in property with a background in acquisitions and accounting. Currently, Vaughn is completing a Masters in Property and Graduate Certificate in Project Management at RMIT and is due to complete at the end of 2009.
Since commencing his property career with Stockland in 2005, Oscar has held a number of roles associated with the planning and development of master planned residential communities. He came to Stockland with an engineering and property background from Melbourne University. Whilst more recently being involved with the Business Development team, he has been involved with a number of major property transactions and is now an Acquisitions Manager for the Victorian Business.
Leigh has been involved in land development since 2001 when he first joined the industry as a graduate engineer at Melbourne Water. He graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Bachelor of Business Finance from Swinburne University of Technology. Leigh has worked in a variety of roles throughout Victoria and New South Wales including Project Management and Acquisition in both Residential and Commercial . He joined Devine Ltd in 2007 and is currently the Victorian Operations Manager.
With a background in surveying Niki has developed over 6 years of experience within the property development industry and now finds herself as a key member of the Taylors Development Strategists business development team. Having graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2004 with a Bachelor of Geomatic Engineering, Niki has enjoyed varied roles within the spatial/survey arena before before joining Taylors as a Surveyors Assistant in 2007. During her tenure with Taylors, she has enjoyed a variety of roles including survey, research, planning, urban design and business development. Niki is a firm believer in the importance of education, and as such she is currently completing further studies in a Masters in Business Property at RMIT University.
